At First Select Services, we specialize in commercial and residential maintenance, cleaning, leasing and office support. We provide general maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, tile work, carpentry, cabinet replacements, renovations, tub surround, cleaning apartment turnovers, common areas and grounds, new construction cleaning, apartment leasing, and office support. We service our clients for both short term and long term needs. Our experienced, conscientious staff will fill in for employees while they are on vacation, during personnel changes, or just when the help is needed. We are fully insured and will provide references upon request.
